Chewy Tubes® are a popular oral-motor device designed to provide a resilient, non-food, chewable surface for practicing biting and chewing skills. They can be used in treatment of individuals who are developing initial oral motor skills, or rehabilitating the jaw after surgery, trauma or stroke. Kids seeking additional proprioceptive input into the jaw may also like biting on Chewy Tubes. All Chewy Tubes are approx. 3" long. • The Yellow Chewy Tube has the narrowest stem size for chewing at 3/8"D. • The Red Chewy Tube has a slightly wider stem size of 1/2"D. • The Green Knobby Tube is a Chewy Tube with texture! The little bumps on the surface provide tactile stimulation for the mouth. The stem is 1/2"D. • The Blue Chewy Tube is the largest and firmest of the Chewy Tubes. The stem diameter is 5/8". • All Chewy Tubes are made of FDA approved material and colors, and are latex, lead and PVC free. Hand wash with mild soap. Caution: Use only with adult supervision.
