Gift certificates can be redeemed to purchase any
product featured in the Beyond Play printed catalog or on our web
site. |

Any unused balance will be placed in the
recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable. |

Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift
certificates. |

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and
cannot be returned for a cash refund. |

If your order exceeds the amount of your gift
certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card. |

How do I redeem a gift certificate? |
| |
If you are ordering online,
you can provide your gift certificate number during the checkout
process. The amount of the gift certificate will be applied
toward the grand total of your order. You will then be able to
preview your order before submitting it. If the certificate
amount is higher than the grand total, you will be able to apply
the remaining balance toward future orders. If the certificate
amount is lower than the grand total, you will need to provide
credit card information for payment of the difference. If you
wish to redeem more than one gift certificate on the same order,
you would need to place the order over the phone. Please call

I can't find my gift certificate; what do I do? |

If you can't find your gift certificate, please
call our customer service department. We will make every effort
to locate and verify your gift certificate information from our
records. Please be aware, however, that we are not responsible
for lost or stolen gift certificates. |

Can I send a gift certificate electronically? |
| |
We currently send paper gift certificates by
mail. We are not able to send certificates electronically at
this time. Express delivery is available for an additional
charge. Please call our customer service department for
details. |

When will my gift certificate arrive? Can
you ship express? |

Unless otherwise requested, we send gift
certificates with US Postal Service by First Class mail.
Delivery to most of the US usually takes 3-5 business days. We
do not charge for this service. If you would like your gift
certificate to arrive sooner, we can send it express by United
Parcel Service (UPS). UPS charges $12-$19 depending on the
delivery ZIP code. There is no handling or processing fee for
gift certificates. |

Is there sales tax on gift certificates? |

There is no sales tax charged on the purchase of
a gift certificate. When the certificate is redeemed, there will
be a sales tax charge only if the items are shipped to an address
in California. |

Can I send gift certificates abroad? |

We can send gift certificates only to the
continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam,
the Virgin Islands, and FPO/APO addresses. For more
