Ordering by Phone
You can place your order by telephone. Please call our customer service line toll-free at 1-877-428-1244. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, Pacific Time. If you wish to call at any other time, please leave a message on our voice mail system, and we'll call you back as soon as possible. For speedy ordering, please have the item numbers ready when you call. If you have any questions about any of our products, please don't hesitate to ask. Orders placed over the phone do require payment by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards.
To start an online order, browse the product categories or use the search box to look for what you need. When you find an item you want to order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to it. You may then change the quantity or go back to shopping for more items. To place your order, go to the View Shopping Cart page, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, and follow the prompts.

We also accept orders by fax. For faxed orders, please be sure to include with your order either credit card information or a formal purchase order from your organization (more info). If you need a printed order form, you can download the PDF version of the order form here or ask us to fax it to you. If you already know what you wish to order, you can add the items to your online shopping cart and print an order form directly from our website (see the Printer Friendly Copy of Your Cart link in your shopping cart). This order form will include the list of items that you selected, for your convenience.
Paying by Check or Money Order
We accept payment be check or money order. Please make checks payable to "Beyond Play". Orders prepaid by check or money order must be sent by mail (see mailing instructions above).
We accept purchase orders via fax or mail from public schools, government agencies, and hospitals. Please call our customer service line at 1-877-428-1244 if you have any questions. If you need to provide your puchasing department a list of the items you wish to order, please note that you can add all these items to your online shopping cart, and then print your shopping cart in a printer friendly form directly from our website (see the Printer Friendly Copy of Your Cart link in your shopping cart).

If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). We will gladly refund the purchase price.
Shipping Time and Charges
Shipping costs to the continental U.S. is shown in the table on the right.
Deliveries to PR, GU,VI and FPO/APO addresses: up to $130 shipping is $19.95. Over $130, rates are as in the table.
Shipping costs to Alaska and Hawaii depend on the size of the box and therefore on the selection of products. The shipping charge to these destinations cannot be calculated on our website. If you place an order online we will contact you back with shipping charge. We will not charge your card or ship your without your approval of the total. If you plan to send a purchase order or a check, please call or fax us for a freight quote.
We work hard to try to keep all of our products in stock. In-stock items ship via UPS Ground within 48 hours of receiving your order. Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 6 business days in the continental US, depending on your location. Certain large items, which will be marked in your shopping cart as Dropship items, are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and FPO/APO addresses are shipped Priority Mail via the US Postal Service.
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To return merchandise, please call us at 1-877-428-1244 to obtain a return authorization number and the address for returns. A return authorization number is necessary in order to credit you for the return. When you call, please have your invoice number available. Restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of large, drop-shipped items.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
Beyond play offers gift certificates. If you received one and would like to redeem it, you can provide your gift certificate number during the checkout process. The amount of the gift certificate will be applied toward the grand total of your order. You will then be able to preview your order before submitting it. If the certificate amount is higher than the grand total, you will be able to apply the remaining balance toward future orders. If the certificate amount is lower than the grand total, you will need to provide credit card information for payment of the difference. If you wish to redeem more than one gift certificate on the same order, you would need to place the order over the phone. Please call our customer service line at 1-877-428-1244.

Our web site does not use "Cookies" and does not store or read anything from your computer's hard drive.
